Founded in 2016 as an outgrowth of the Daytona State College Democrats, VYD is the official county chapter of the Florida Young Democrats. We offer our members access to local, state, and federal elected officials, conduct trainings in campaigning and activism, recruit young people to run for office, and work together to elect progressives here in our community and across Florida.
